Download our registration forms or pick one up at our campus. Class registration forms and a canine profile must be on file with W.A.G.S. prior to you entering the training ring. Registrations can be mailed, faxed or dropped off at our campus. We accept phone reservations. We would appreciate having registrations filled out prior to coming to your first class. If you are unable to do so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. We don't want to take any time away from designated training time. For class times see our Schedules page |
