There's nothing better than coming home from a stressful day, and meeting your furry friend at the door; always happy to see you, no questions, and no expectations. Their whole life is about making you happy, playing, eating, and loving life. Maybe we could learn a few things from them?
Doga is a great way to have fun, de-stress, and bond with your dog. Help your dog relax with simple stretches, exercises, and relaxation. Yoga counteracts the stresses that other exercises, daily activities, or other health issues can put on your body and mind. Your dog will love the time spent with you, as well as other dogs. This class can help you connect with your dog, and form a better bond than you have ever had before.
It is no surprise that people with strong bonds with their pets live longer; and regular, light exercise, paired with stress reduction can battle current health problems, prevent future health problems, and help aid in a more productive, active life. Doga is the perfect way to bond with your dog in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. From beginner to advanced, human or animal, everyone can benefit from Doga.
Students must have completed a basic obedience class with their canine or be instructor approved to participate.
4ft leashes and soft treats are needed for class.
No halties or flexileads are permitted.
Meets weekly for 6, 1 hour sessions
$60 per session
