Necessary Forms
We ask you bring forms and payment in the day of your first class.
Please DO NOT mail registration forms.
Download our registration forms or pick one up at our campus. Class registration forms and a canine profile must be on file with W.A.G.S. prior to you entering the training ring. We accept phone reservations. On the first day of class, please bring with you a completed Registration form along with a copy of your dog's vaccination record. We accept phone reservations. We would appreciate having registrations filled out prior to coming to your first class. If you are unable to do so please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. We don't want to take any time away from designated training time.
